There are many pancake recipes that I love but this American pancake is my favorite. American pancakes contain no refined sugar, only honey, eggs, and other items.

To make American Pancakes, blend all ingredients until smooth. Heat a pan and pour the batter into it in small circular shape. Cook for 25 minutes and turn. Serve with peanut butter or chocolate syrup.

1 Cup all-purpose flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 tbsp white sugar

3/4 cups milk

1 small egg

2 tbsp butter, melted

Toppings:

Melted butter , Maple syrup or honey , Mixed berries (or any other mixed fruit of your choice) , Sugar powdered

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Bring all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour milk, egg and melted butter into it. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.

2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan on medium heat. Pour the batter onto the pan, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.

3. Brown both the sides and cut them into 2-3 pieces in a plate.

4. Sprinkle some sugar and top with some whole mixed berries. Serve with melted butter and maple syrup on the side.
