I am busy making smoothies for breakfast most of the days and this coconut, banana and chocolate smoothie is one of my favorites which I am eating again and again.

1 1/2 Tsp unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted
2 Tsp finely chopped dark chocolate

1.In a blender, combine the first seven ingredients (through vanilla). Cover and blend until smooth.
2.Pour into tall glasses and top with toasted coconut and dark chocolate.
